Participants will gain a concrete understanding of their strengths and aspirations through StrengthsFinder and MBTI, learning how to communicate these effectively in different contexts.
Session 1: Utilizing Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, participants will identify their strengths and weaknesses, gaining a clear understanding of what they are capable of and what they aspire to achieve.
Session 2: Participants will take a simplified MBTI test to recognize their personality type and learn about the 16 MBTI types. This session focuses on improving communication by understanding one’s own characteristics and those of others.
Session 3: Building on insights from the previous sessions, participants will learn how to effectively communicate their abilities and aspirations in various settings.
